Library of Things

Napa County Library cardholders are welcome to borrow items from the Library of Things collection.

At this time, the collection isn’t available to temporary cardholders or accounts with limited borrowing privileges, including Student OneCard, Computer Use Only, and eCard accounts.

Items are available for checkout at any of our four library locations. You’re also welcome to place a hold through our catalog for pickup at your preferred library. All Library of Things items must be checked out at the service desk.

Library of Things items may be borrowed for 21 days. Items can be renewed up to two times, as long as there are no holds placed on them.

Please return Library of Things items to library staff during regular library hours so staff can check them in properly.

We ask that all Library of Things items be returned clean and in the same condition you received them.

• If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you’ll be responsible for the replacement cost as listed in your account.
• Things that are long overdue may be referred to a collection agency.
